Holiday Villa Hail Hotel

The reception and the building was nice. Other things was not good for me.

Very dusty and not clean, even I change the room and it was the same. There was i segurat smile in the rooms and i have requested non smoking room.

I like the Location lobby Clean mode

Never back again

Cleanses and the breakfast wasn’t good and the staff weren’t trained will.

Everything

The air conditioning is very noisy and cold even if you put it on low fan and high temperature

FIND ANOTHER HOTEL

The receptionist kept giving the wrong card for my room 3 times, the room isnt a room for a 4 star hotel i guess its 3 even the staff are unprofessional Was is worst is that i had the reservation from booking including a breakfast but they scammed me and said no its without .

The location and clean bed and fancy toilet

The price, cups was not clean at all. Room service dont clean unless the resident requests. A/C was good but kind of noisy

Mustafa at the reception was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is nearby everything and the room is clean

The hand soap in the bathroom is very poor quality

location

cleanliness customer service and deputy manager

location and comfortable

room service not quick

The room was big ; location was good

The room and toilet was stinking. Was really hard to sleep with the smell . Seemed like a drainage issue.

Good location, restaurant at dinner serve very good meals and desserts

For 3 nights room services not come, I requested room service but never attended, room was not clean enough, room lights very low and staff very slow I have to request the same thing more than once and wait for long time

The location and the staff attitude., especially Mr. Abdulrahman from Costomer services.

The first night there were noise ( drilling in the morning, ) plus the supply of towels and shampoo is less than required. 1 shampoo and one towel for 2 of us However after I made my remarks to Mr. Abdulrahman they were resolved.

the location was perfect and the room was very clean and comfortable.

location is good easy access to all the city , parking and access to the hotel is good , receptionist guy is amazing and helpful he is fast in checking in while it was busy his name is Eid

the room was not that much good but it is the only one hotel in the city , old and it needs to new innovation to be better than now , food is good but restaurant around is better , location is good

I liked the area around the hotel; it's close to many restaurants and petrol stations. The room is big and clean, and it is easy to check in and out.

Location Clean Good facilities

Price is high

Hotel location , facilities and room decorations were excellent . Staff were friendly and supportive .

Housekeeping didn’t clean my room despite leaving the room for six hours and when I requested the receptionist, the housekeeping cleaned the room and didn’t refresh the towels .

After my many trips to Hail City, I discovered that the Holiday Villa Hotel is one of the best in the city. The premium room I booked was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast menu was generous, and housekeeping was doing an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy. I enjoyed drinking coffee in the chess club coffee shop in the reception area.

A/C fan in the room with very loud

Location and hotel style

The room have a small and hanging window which is very difficult to look over it
